    A guide on "How to ask for a carry"

    Given the recent population uptick on Reboot, it has come to my attention that some of you don't know how to ask. Since you obviously weren't educated properly growing up, I have decided to to take on this herculean task on my own. Here goes!

    1. Spamming "LF>CARRY" isn't going to make me feel like carrying your ass

    It's a request not a demand. You're talking to a person. Treat them like one. Think of it like asking your teacher for a curve. Same concept. If you don't want to annoy the hell out of everyone you're asking, stop spamming non-stop. Periodically is fine.

    2. Know that it's a privilege

    Show some respect. Here are a few ways you can express this:

    "anyone have any leftover spots for ___?" Or "turned off pet :)"

    3. Use smiley faces

    Will make me 100x more likely to carry you.

    "carry me pls" vs "hey can I get a carry? :)"

    4. State your credentials

    Its not that hard to reach the 700k min range recommended by most guides to contribute to CRA. With the event buff going on, + event rings, it should take you like ~2-3 weeks of dailies if you know what you're doing. Its REALLLLYY not hard to join a guild which offers carries either. By "not that hard," I mean anything beyond minimal effort

    Of course, if you are really struggling to increase your range, there are plenty of guides and Maplers(including myself) who would be happy to help :)

    Then, you can ask, "hey, looking to contribute to ___ run, any spots? I got ___ range" instead of simply for a carry. Much nicer!

    In conclusion, hopefully you have learned how to not be annoying and rude as * when asking for a carry, and increase your chances of getting one.

    Are map bosses like Yu Garden free for all? I literally waited for 30 minutes in between spawns and some guy ccs and instantly kills it. This has been happening for the past 2 hours now.

    Title, i always post these when the time comes for a major update, always wanting one damn thing and it's fucking disgusting - more fucking 5th job skills. Some classes feel so non-complete when it comes to 5th job, where's phantoms 5th job impeccable memory damn it.

    Anyone else always crash like 85% of the time playing Yut, or other multiplayer pixel mini game? It won't freeze or anything, just lag then crash. Won't be able to move your players, typing doesn't go through, then after 10 seconds it will kick you to world selection screen and give you a "Unable to connect to server" error message.

    My game is completely fine but this always happens during Pixel mini games and making it very difficult to cap...

    How to improve my gear for solo CRA

    Hello everyone,

    I have been stuck in the choice of my gear for a few days. I don't know what to do, replace some equipment with boss gear with decent flame (pink bean belt, horntail pendant & earrings) or just continue with that and cubing/flaming ? Should I replace the eye + face accesories with sweetwater item ? Should I take a 4th event ring with 15%-20% dex and change the earrings for a alien item (3 set item give 50 WP attack) ?

    I don't know if 79% IED is enough for the first 3 doors. I have no idea if I will be lacking of %IED, % boss damage or range. I have no luck concerning cubes so it's the best emblem and secondary that I get. I currently have 1.5B and the only farming mesos methods that I have are daily ursus/MNN/bosses (so approximatively 1B per week).

    Your advice is always welcome and it will be helpful for me. Thank you in advance

    So, I opened a box from the event and got a Tim Gentleman hat/overalls. But they cannot be vendored, stored, sold, or deleted, and they never expire, thereby taking up 2 inventory slots permanently.

    Nodestones from the Pixel event expired - how big of a loss?

    Got to rank 3 Pixel Hero and got the free nodestones and arcane symbol selector coupons, but I was like level 160 so I couldn't use it.

    Just got to level 200 today and my nodestones and arcane coupons already expired. How much time does this set me back realistically? And can I just claim the reward again on a new character and transfer it over?

    Hi all, hope this isn't a bothersome post.

    I was obsessed with MS back in the day, I'm talking like a decade ago. Randomly thought to download it and I'm totally overwhelmed. Back then, it used to just be the four base classes, now I've got like 30 to pick from including ones that seem to be characters. Are these regular classes or does my in game character look like the job character? Illium is an example, if you pick him do you play as him? and what is the advantage to being one of the old base classes with these new powerful ones?
