    Ho Young drops in GMS in less than 7 days! Here's some tips to prepare for the release

    Materials

    The easiest to farm would be Toy Trojan Sacks. Find Mac the Mechanic (he's in the map to the bottom left of Apparatus Room), take the quest, hunt some robos for a few seconds, hand him the manual and come out with 5 sacks. This can be done per character, and hence is very easily mass-farmable.

    An alternative would be the zombie sacks from Shanghai, but the monsters summoned move slower and I'm not entirely sure on how easy they are to farm, so it's probably better to stick with the Trojans.

    Getting there

    Hoyoung's hometown, Cheongun Valley, is accessible by Savage Terminal. After the patch, there will be a small NPC here that allows you to warp there. It would be useful to prepare several characters holding sacks waiting in Savage Terminal before the server check occurs.

    Execution

    His tutorial starts at another place that's inaccessible, but after the basic attack-loot tutorial that happens they drop at level 10 in this exact spot:

    Because of the wideness of the map it won't be too useful to use the sacks on the ground, they'll just run away. A much more confined space that Hoyoungs are forced to go to for quest progress would be the Information store, the building on the left of Cheongun:

    Alternatively, if playing in one of the more populated servers, there's a possibility that there would be 6-ish Hoyoungs in one spot at the same time. An alternative would be to walk up to them and use the summon directly for some unexpected bedlam.

    It's also possible to summon on the hunting grounds, but given Hoyoung's mobility it probably wouldn't be as fruitful.

    Nostalgic Fancy Equipments: Are these old equips still around? Do monsters still drop these?

    Is there any reason why fury totems cant give you a buff on your bar so you know when to recast?

    Basically title, I think it would be a great qol feature as the only reminder we have is using other programs to alert us at set intervals.

    Is my Lidium Heart permanent?

    LAB Server returns to TMS

    The website states that you can buy 3 packs, the ingame shop however will only let you buy one per account.

    Ghiblee's response on the matter in the official MS discord:

    "Hello Maplers, We are aware of the discrepancy between the Black Friday Sale web post and the actual purchase limit of violet cubes in-game. Due to the holidays, there will be a delay but we plan to look into this issue when we can. We apologize for the confusion."

    Perm pets attack buff

    Make a pitch for your main

    Hi guys,

    Have been stuck on returning to the game even though I love it to bits. Hard part is figuring out a main for reboot honestly. I wanted to ask for the community to sell their mains. Go all out and show me why you love your class! Bonus point for video examples too. Main reason it's hard for me to pick is because I don't know what they are like at the intricate level, so if you can explain some too that's be awesome.

    I'm new to this; sorry for the basic questions. How do I switch to spectre mode? I'm finding there is no skill for that (I'm in the 2nd advancement right now). Also, how do I turn off the spectre mode, and how do I gain the spectre (the red bar) for the mode? It doesn't show it getting filled up, but the bar just goes from 0 to 100 randomly.

    Wealth Acquisition Potion lost again...

    I lost like 14hours of Wealth Acquisition Potions because of d/c, can Nexon please fix the disconnecting issue or change the buff of Wealth Acquisition remains even after disconnection? 2 hours of Wealth Acquisition can be lost with just 1 d/c is really frustrating!!

    should i spend my resources scrolling and enchanting the cra from the burning box lv 200 and lv180?

    I tried to join the Reboot Central discord, but the link is expired... Guild-mates suggested I might be banned?

    Hey all.

    I just came back to MS for the Glory update and my guild told me about the Reboot discord. I found a link to it on the official forums, but it says it's expired.

    I'm told this may be because I'm banned, but I've never been in the discord before, so I don't see how that would be possible. Does anyone know an admin of the discord I could reach out to so I can gain access? I haven't hit the 100-server limit, so that isn't the issue.

    I feel like I'm missing out on a decent part of the community. The only non-guild MS discord I was in was Bera Market, but that was before the merge and I left it ages ago.

    so for the the breakthru event where is the fastest map to level the 15 levels for someone that can't have the damage to one shot at VJ and doesn't care about nodes as this is just a link alt - reg server
