    Random false ban, blocked from support, heart broken

    In the light of all the recent bans that have been going on recently, I am its next victim. After trying to work this out through Nexon's support system, I was blocked on Live chat after the first time using the system. and I have ran out of options so I am turning to Reddit.

    TLDR;

    Been a legit player for around 10 years, spend tons of time, money and energy into this game. I loved it my whole life and spent most of my growing years on this game. Now I am being accused of doing something I did not do. I am now blocked and ignored by Nexon's support team, and as a result, paying the ultimate price.     Reason of ban:

    Hacking/Using Third party programs

    Background:

    I have been playing MapleStory for about ten years on the same account. Over the years I have spent tons of NX and time on this game, making memories and friends a long the way. It was an on and off relationship as it is for most of us, got busy with school, life, etc. but always came back. I was a Scania player that eventually ended up in Reboot. I recently found such a passion for this game that I haven't had in a long, long time and as a result I was able to reach goals that I never thought I would be able to reach. My character's name is Telio, lvl 240 hero (bless typhoon potions) and 35k stat on the dot. I was ecstatic, happy and proud that my time that I spent playing this game had finally reflected in numbers. I wasn't a hene-hoe anymore I was actually doing it. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed dolling up my character, maintaining MVP Gold for like 5 months and just dumping whatever cash I had into this game, being a full time student (big yikes). I love this game so so so much and would never do anything or have done anything to break TOS and jeopardize it all. Yet, all this time and energy I spent funding it, I was left with nothing to show for it at the end of the day by getting false banned for something I did not do, something I cannot fathom how I would be able to be accused of doing.

    Before the ban:

    It was during Glory event, I turned on my computer and had my character set up to AFK in Glory Drill Hall before starting my day and when I returned home, I, for the first time saw the permanent ban notification. The ban was a shock and came completely out of the blue. Life has picked up its pace recently and I had no real time to play the game other then doing daily elite missions for Glory and AFKing in drill hall so I had no idea what I could have possibly have done to triggered this permanent ban.

    Research:

    To my knowledge, players have been getting banned left and right for numerous reasons recently and I cannot say what exactly was the cause of my ban because I was afking when it occurred. I had a very basic daily routine. I would log on, do my dailies and sit in drill hall. My recent experiences on this game has been a variation of things that resulted in people's banning such as really wonky and unstable internet to launcher issues. None the less, as my playing duration has been decreasing over time I can't put my finger on what could have triggered this and Nexon refuses to tell me (more will be explained below).

    What I have done:

    The first thing I did was write a ticket. After explaining my case and what I was doing, willing to provide time stamps and whatever evidence I could to prove my innocence. However, after trying to talk with them through tickets, I was left on deaf ears to the same typical responses of "the account has already been reviewed" , "the case will not be over turned" copy paste stuff that everyone has received from Nexon. Personally, I felt like all the responses I have received were all robotic. However today was the first time I tried live support and I was left, sitting there by a GM for about two (maybe three) hours to only be told your account will not be reconsidered and banned from live support. They never even told me why or any details at all of the ban.

    I tried to talk to a GM through tickets, failing to have any sort of conversation and then told I was going to be blocked for trying to talk to them about my case. And the first time I tried live support, permanently banned from contacting them as well.

    Proof of Innocence:

    I never thought I would be banned for something I didn't do in the first place so what I have is scarce. I can provide time stamps, logs, locations date/time of where I was at any moment (I am a student), receipts, any sort of information or screen shots. I have screen shots from leveling up and random screen shots from game for what its worth. I am free to answer ANY questions and whatever it takes to get my account back.

    Well a few days ago I saw someone getting unbanned and was getting my hopes up well guess what today I got this email saying:

    Unfortunately, after reviewing the account, we're seeing that the violations found on this account are too severe to allow further access. Specifically speaking, we have confirmed the usage of hacks on this account specifically created to bypass MapleStory's in-game security systems.

    Great job banning ur players for ur buggy Wondroid

    Before I get thrashed with "those lines aren't hard to get" by endgame players, let it be known that my main is ~14 months old (including 3 months of break I had off from this game), and I spent less than 15 bil on this Kanna. The lines of sup gollux ring and monocle were completely accidental as I was just making an endeavor to improve my Kanna from a life of 120 meso + 80 drop.

    Needless to say, this Kanna farms better than my main with 109 meso + 160 drop so what I said in the title is not completely a joke. It will hit 239 after I use a wealth pot or two.

    With these weird things aside, I wish the best luck for anyone who is working on Arcana Kanna farmer. Tera Burn + Extreme Breakthrough -> Glory -> Wondroid with a 5/10/15 inbetween has been more than ideal time for people to start making a Kanna farmer and the incentive of doing so is even greater after Nexon announced a planned revamp of Malaysia.

    Extravagameza starts tomorrow - some tips about the shop

    • Flicker, Ursie and MVP buffs stack for an incredible 200% exp boost! (it worked last time these buffs were on sale).
    • Daily 3x exp coupon lasts for 7 days, so you can stock up for when you have time (note that additive sources like MVP are never multiplied by coupons ever. See https://strategywiki.org/wiki/MapleStory/Formulas#EXP_stacking)
    • 20 symbols for 1000 coins each week, 10 nodes for 500 coins each week.
    • high noon damage skin is the only account tradable fashion item.

    For non-reboot server:

    • if your main does not have the BiS monster park medal, you can farm 30 coins a day on 5 characters for free entry coupons.
    • TP rocks are still 15 coins. The next big RISE event severely limits these (among other things) so use while you can. Don't forget they can be transferred through cash shop.
    • Cubes are account tradable.

    Daily coin limit is 200, but you can only get coins from minigames. To farm coins, do Sunshower's Sweet Sounds and (in 2 weeks) MMF Rhythm limbo solo games. Or queue High Noon Gunslinger and (in 2 weeks) Crazy spash with people.

    ranking in High Noon Gunslinger?

    I was playing the mini game High Noon Gunslinger for the event and i was going alright in this one round. At the end i got 5 points and was rank 1, nobody had fallen yet. Everyone else either had 1 or 0 points. Then a person got all 3 of the others out (including me) and i got rank 4? I think i should of got rank 2.

    TLDR: Got rank 4 although i was second to last out and got highest points.

    How to move character gauges on screen?

    This is probably a really noob question, but How to i move gauges on my screen? I play a pathfinder and am trying to move my relic gauge to a corner of my screen, but i tried left and right clicking and nothing worked. right now its stuck in an awkward part of my screen.
