    I have a confession

    I've played this game since Cygnus knights came out in GMS. I was a little 4th Grader back then with no experience whatsoever with MMOs. I've joined multiple guilds, made countless friends (that I inevitably lost throughout my time playing this game because I always forget my e-mail and constantly create new accounts) met countless players. I was very on and off with this game, playing for months at a time, but never having as much fun after the Big Bang Patch because I missed the social aspect of the game. When Reboot came out, I was ecstatic, I wanted to relive my childhood and created a new account the day the Reboot server released.

    I had such a nostalgic feeling, leveling up with others who also had to start from scratch, it was like my childhood all over again. But as time went on, I've realized that leveling up my main wasn't the only thing I needed to do to progress. I saw my progression halt while others around me continued to improve everyday. I realized that I needed mesos, and a lot of it. Guildies have told me that the fastest way to earn mesos was to create a meso farming Kanna, and so I did. Over the course of 2 years, since 2018, I've been using a suicide Kanna, from MP3 to Bye Bye, from old Kishin to new, from old Kanna to new. I've accumulated many billions of mesos and sunk countless hours into meso farming. Only to NEVER HAVE BEEN BANNED. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS HAPPENS TO "INNOCENT PLAYERS" HOW IS THIS A THING????????

    Inner Ability (DB, Hero, DS)

    From what I remembered,

    DB 1. Boss Dmg 20%/ 2. x/ 3. x

    Hero 1. Att Spd +1/ 2. Att or Crit/ 3. x

    No clue about DS

    Can anyone help me with the missing abilities? What is considered optimal?

    Thank you for those who gave out MVP, thank you for those who carried me on lucid runs, and most importantly, thank you for being dedicated to the game and for spending money on the game supporting a rather chaotic company like Nexon so that the game can still be alive.

    Plenty of people trash on P2W players for spending money on the game, but in the end, they're the ones supporting Nexon and keeping Maplestory alive, not us F2P players.

    What does OP mean?

    I was just enjoying reading posts about hackers getting caught after claiming they are innocent but have been perma banned. And I kept coming across this word OP

    Example: It's pretty obvious the OP did not look at their screen at any point during those hours of training

    I only knew of OP in terms of like over powered when referring to a class. What does OP mean in the above sentence?

    Any advice for first time Bera player?

    Hopping into Bera for the first time, I've been debating whether I would really wanna play that server instead of Reboot for some time and have finally set on Bera. I don't mind spending $$$ to play some catch up but I have literally no friends in the server (or any that play period) so I'm asking for advice on how to make it in this server and any noob friendly communities or guides would be much appreciated.

    Hairstyles in 2020?

    Hello,

    I'm new to the subreddit, so I apologize if this post goes against any rules some way or another, and if so please let me know. I just started playing MS for the first time in about 2 and a half years or so, and I was just wondering what happened to hairstyles exactly? I saw Nexon's news post about the VIP and REG coupons being discontinued and all that, but are there literally no hairstyle changes other than the Royal ones available until that update? I want to change my hairstyle now and I don't like any of the Royal ones lol.

    So my friend and I came back to maple for fun and wants to just do some party quests or bossing with just me and her.

    We've done normal root abyss and Lionheart Castle, though we're getting owned by the crimson queen, we're not funded but we have fun screaming and getting owned anyways.

    I've been looking at commerci but looks like you can only have 3ppl no more no less? What are some other quests or content we could do now (regardless of being about to complete it or not) and down the road? I'm lvl 162 and she's 130.

    Phantom bossing

    Currently main a pathfinder but I want to switch it up a little. Just wanted to know where does phantom rank in terms of bossing? I love the phantom class but also love bossing. I will have around 40+b in funding in the reboot server. Also, what's the skill I've been seeing where he's rapidly throwing cards? It's not mille+carte

    Hello Maplers

    I'm coming back to play Maplestory after a few years of absence, the last time I played was when Demon Slayer was out (was my main though) so I'm kind outdated with this new mechanics and meta so I'm just looking for some advices 🙏 I've been reading a lot of posts about "new players" but still, any piece of advice it will be deeply appreciated!

    Atm I have a Hayato at 100 but I think I will main Demon Slayer again (good idea for mobbing and bossing?)

    What kind of quests should I go for and also which items as well?

    Hey rn I do not who would be a better bowser because I am going to get my DK to 200 then switch to Hero and my shadower who's 220 to a DB. Both have 3 dark totems but I just want the better bossing class.
