    Hey y'all,

    My name is Chard (or Chàrd) and I'm a 252 Battle Mage in Aurora. I've recently taken it upon myself to recreate the inner ability spreadsheet that was previously maintained by someone who selfishly decided to make it private. Regardless of whatever motivations he had, it's clear to me that something needed to be done, so here is my new and improved inner ability guide.

    As you can see, it's not finished, which is why I need your help completing it! Any input you could give regarding your class and its ideal inner ability would be greatly appreciated. If I've made mistakes or you'd like to dispute anything I've written in, that's fine too, just trying to make it accurate.

    Basically, just let me know any way I could improve it and I'll do my best to meet the community's needs.

    I made a post asking about this in the general questions thread, but I figure I might as well post it here for some visibility.

    I'm wondering if anyone knows which files contain flame (boss flames vs normal, tiers, what can roll for X gear, etc) and starforce information (such as stats per star for boots that's level 130 or something). I considered trying to reconstruct the starforce tables manually via the wiki starforce guide, but it was unfortunately inaccurate on enough things for me to not use/trust it (such as speed on boots). If there was a way I could just pull the formulas/stats I could reconstruct all the rules for all equipment types and level ranges. The bonus stats on the wiki page seem to be accurate but I would prefer to just pull from the files to be future proof (though I will manually reconstruct it if I have to). Also, a bonus would be to know if there's any file that contains exceptions to max starforce rules (like some Sweetwater gear and Sengoku Hakase Badge). Right now I'm just manually modifying it if the item ID is one of those items.

    Also, I was wondering if there was any supplementary file or information for separating potentials that can actually be rolled (basically if there's anything aside from the Item.wz ItemOption table). Like how you can't roll flat stat potentials at certain potentials like flat strength (40001) but you can get 13% STR (40041) and neither of them have an optionType entry that I'm aware of. I can probably manually recreate these rules by just building valid ID lists, but I'd rather avoid doing this if possible as that's a lot of data to manually transcribe.

    Chaos Pierre solo in 31 days

    I started a Hayato on the 16 of February and defeated Chaos Pierre today with less than 250m spent on red/black cubes. I have not gotten any Boss carries (if you don't count Ursus). I did have a level 204 kanna on this account from when I played last summer. Other than that, just a level 70 Lumi link skill.

    I upgraded the pensilir hat to 17 and the armor to 16. Everything is epic except Boots at legendary 21% and the sub weapon at unique 9% atk. Spent 6 black cubes on the sub weaponn, and 9 red cubes on the boots (found them on unique and they upgraded on the first cube - was honestly just looking for 9% at unique). Was fortunate to find 6%atk and 15% IED on both weapon and emblem.

    Mean while us legit players are losing potential hours worth of exp because we went afk for more than minute..

    If nexon gave MVP perks to people who bought merchandise in the nexon shop, would you be more inclined to buy said merchandise.

    I was genuinely curious about this after seeing the pink bean gaming chair. I was thinking that it would be an awesome chair but I was also torn between purchasing the chair and purchasing NX for MVP (I ended up not getting either.) However this got me thinking. Would there be more people willing to buy actual MapleStory merchandise if it gave them perks for MVP in the cash shop or is that just me?

    Couple Questions About Monster Life

    Just as the title states, have a few inquiries about this deceptively addictive little side activity.

    1. Are monsters located on other players' farms "instanced" per-user (and can therefore be combined by multiple people every day), or only available under a "first-come-first-serve" type setup (wherein the first combination from any player renders that monster unusable for the rest of the day)?

    2. How much does a monster's level influence the probability for tiering-up? Would it be wiser to continually pay the fee in Gems towards reviving S-rank monsters, maintaining their level over time, or simply re-synth new ones when existing stock is soon to expire? (For that matter, how the heck do people afford to keep entire farms of thirty Level 30 S-tiers hanging around)?

    3. Probably a bit of a long shot, but is there a Discord channel or other external site to notify/coordinate high-tier synths with other players?

    Synthing any monster requiring multiple SS-grade subjects (which accounts for most of the Special bestiary) in the present day looks to be borderline impossible, due to everything in that tier having a strictly fixed time limit; and after extensive searching, every farm I've come across with SS-rank beasts have long-since been abandoned by their owners.

    Hoping current players aren't locked away from most of the percentage-based buffs (+Boss Damage/+Buff Duration, et cetera) due to lack of activity and/or interest.

    Appreciate the insight! Assuming anyone's still playing this mode, of course...!

    Hero hard magnus

    Any tips for tackling hard magnus as a hero? I have about 5 mil range buffed and once I bring him down to hell zone, I try to bind him and burst him but I can't finish him. Once I get revive, array of meteors and gas plus him spamming spin attack basically makes it so that I can't do anything. It also doesn't help the fact that I need to spend time recharging my combo orbs whenever I revive without buff freezer
