Posted: 29 Jun 2020 11:33 AM PDT Hello MapleStory reddit, I saw this post recently - https://www.reddit.com/r/Maplestory/comments/hgmiby/frenzy_service_is_now_regarded_as_illegal/ Decided that this was a good opportunity to speak out regarding my case and this matter as a service buyer. I have been playing this game for quite some time and never had something like this happen. I couldn't even comprehend the reasoning for my ban and I tried to receive answers while appealing the ban that was placed on my account On June 21st 2020, I was permanently banned for hacking/illegal third-party programs. You can find my IGN (Domtille, Bera) in the ban data and I can assure you that I've never cheated this game a moment in my life. There was news that a False Ban wave had been happening to numerous players recently so I thought I was caught in this mistake that Ghiblee had mentioned During the appeal I was told that I triggered "potential illegal RMT activities through the in-game Auction House system" and I was "confirmed to be engaging in the aforementioned RMT activities, including direct involvement with and association a known RMT source." - https://i.imgur.com/7JqpcGG.png I honestly have no idea what that means. I paid someone for Frenzy service in a player-to-player transaction and bought 2 EXP Accumulation potions in the AH to begin the training session. I was then banned shortly after 4 hours. I received essentially the same copy pasted answers on 4 separate occasions. Eventually I got in contact with Senior GM Gllean and was told the decision was final and I would be denied every time after. - https://i.imgur.com/6FwzGCx.png My question is, are we going to receive clarity on this situation? Is it the Frenzy service that got players banned or In my case was it this faulty Auction House RMT trigger? In this response: https://i.imgur.com/ElB2sPH.png GM Kyuyuiyui states that they are unable to release the exact details, "Giving out any internal information or policy can be used to try to get around those policies should it be leaked." EDIT: As a follow-up last night (as it had been 4-5 days since my appeals and a full week since my auto-ban), I sent a ticket using more terse language. I told them I would be fully willing to share my financial transaction history (both bank and credit) and that I would be following through with NX chargebacks (for $1-2K) were they to not provide me with more information with my supposed "RMT." This time they escalated: https://imgur.com/a/QTMxKnT. Hilariously, this is the same senior GM who said that I would receive the same response every time (yet he's the one changing his tone...). EDIT 2: Ghiblee made an official comment on the situation tonight: "We would like to inform you that we do not ban players for legitimately using the Frenzy Totem, however, we discovered that an account was flagged for other suspicious behaviors that is currently under review. If you believe your account may have been affected, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support (https://support-maplestory.nexon.net)." "Other suspicious behaviors" and "an account" is extremely vague but at least they're looking into it. Plus, they are telling people to open tickets if you've been affected. [link] [comments] | ||

| Kaiser final form unusable right now: bug in final form has been getting worse Posted: 29 Jun 2020 05:47 PM PDT I made this post a week or so ago, but this has been getting especially worse that I've been noticing. What is the bug? - During bossing in final form, your character transform back into normal form randomly, and then back into final form few seconds later. During this process, you're softlocked, so you can't jump, attack, teleport, etc. You can also reclick final form to refresh the buff, so we effectively get 100% final form duration (but this doesn't mean we get more dmg, the soft locking occurs every few seconds). When does it occur? - I only noticed this occur so far when bossing in a party. When I run bosses solo, I seem to be fine. I'm not sure if server lag contributes, but its ESPECIALLY bad during guild pq. I also noticed this bug occuring after the Rise patch. Initially, it wasn't so bad, only occuring 2-3 times in the span of a boss fight. However, I've been noticing it getting worse and worse each day, and right now its really bad. I heard Dual blades also been getting similar issues during bossing, specifically with their Asura skill. This started ever since a bit after Rise patch, anytime before our class was fine. Not sure about that though. If we were to not use final form in a boss fight, we'd lose out on like 35-40% damage or so. We'd lose extra lines on skills, less % dmg on most of our skills, and no final damage + boss damage bonuses, along with losing the option for defender mode tankyness and teleporting. | Am I normal lucid party ready? Posted: 29 Jun 2020 05:40 PM PDT I just cleared my first ever Normal Lotus and Normal Damien today. They were both solo runs. The lotus clear was done under 10mins and the Damien clear was done under 12mins. Im a NW and My clean range is: - 11m - 24k stats - 90% crit rate (100% with DSE) - 61% crit dmg - 286% boss dmg - 90% IED - 800 arcane force - Status resist 37 I hit max att speed with green pot and DSI My dojo clear is floor 47. I'm in a LVL 25 guild with max crit dmg buff skill, max boss damage buff skill, and LVL 10 damage buff skill. My first attempt a Lucid with easy mode solo but I got nowhere. I want to practice with a party but I don't want to ask to join if I'm not even qualified to do so. I'm afraid of just getting in the way of the party. Is this decent enough stats to be useful even if my mechanic's arent polished? Edit: Forgot to mention im lvl 235, if that matters. [link] [comments] | ||

I've heard that MSEA has some of the unit damage skins, ported directed in korean with 억 and 만, but haven't been able to find any clips/images of it online. I submitted the ticket according to the normal process, and gm determined that I used third-party software. At that time, many people issued a statement on the forum that they were banned without doing anything. Then gm replied on the forum that we will conduct an investigation, but we haven't seen a reply until now. My character is a kanna with a level of 220+ (sorry, I can't remember it for too long), but many of them are kanna. Someone should remember that many kanna complained during that time. I answered my doubts in the ticket reply form gm and was warned and my account could no longer submit the ticket. Am I never going back to mplestory. I really love this game. I am kanna from sc, ign: nidhddV. I am still trying to find gm, but I will never get a reply. [link] [comments] |
