You had to be the top of the top to face this weird pink beast. I finally managed to beat him on my first try ever today, and I wanted to share that. Just shocked Posted: 07 Oct 2020 06:18 PM PDT Late in this week, I finally got an lvl 180 character, thing that i never made because I always quit at lvl 120. So i just opent the lightbulb to see new quests for the lvl 180 because I was not playing, only getting the exp from lazyness event, and in the middle of the quests I read something that simply made me really sad... Why in the Hell Henesys gets DESTRUCTED in the future??! The Henesys Ruins quest lines just made me shocked, I never thought that some day Henesys would be destructed this way, and I even never knew that this quest line exists... How to get 30 sengoku supply packs per day Posted: 07 Oct 2020 02:54 PM PDT I trained for around 50 minutes today and completed all three event daily quests, and I ended up with 10 sengoku supply packs (wasn't paying attention so not 100% how many I got per quest). I only got 3 mana shrines total. I've double checked the patch notes, and they don't mention exactly where you should be getting packs, but you need 30 per day for the max reward. Is getting 30 packs a day something that requires doing the dailies on multiple characters? Or do I need to grind for an hour plus? Investigating the effects of Burning field and type of map on efficacy of battle mage training Posted: 07 Oct 2020 09:23 AM PDT Literature Based on various reputable guides including YouTube guides, reddit guides, discord guides and guild guides, Magic-tinged Sea (MTS) is a good map for grinding out exp in the 235 to 245 level range, provided that the character can one-shot all the mobs. There is however, no evidence except through the word of mouth that Brothers Area 2 is a good map for training at any level past 230. As such, MTS 2 through 4 have almost zero burning field bonus at any point in time, whereas Brothers 2 frequently hit burning 10. ​ Hypothesis Based on popular guides and reputable articles, it can be inferred that MTS 2-4 will almost definitely be a much better map to train at. However, due to the overwhelming exp bonus that burning maps can offer, it is my educated guess that Brothers 2 will just slightly edge out MTS 2-4 on the exp rate. ​ Methodology To ensure that the experiment is a fair one, all other factors except for the type of map are kept the same. The only exp-altering buff applied in both instances is Decent Holy Symbol. 2x Coupons, Gold Pots and MVP weather effects were not used in the experiment. ​ A level 236 Battle Mage with 930 Arcane force is then made to train in both maps for a duration of about 5 minutes each with Battle analysis running in the background. The BaM was asked, as much as possible, to keep a perfect training pathing within both maps. The control setup is Brothers 2 without any burning effect. ​ Results Astonishingly, Brothers 2's exp rate was 3,597,977 xp/s (See Fig 1), much higher than that of MTS 4, which was only 2,222,789 xp/s (See Fig 2). This represents a difference of 61.9% exp rate, which is much more significant than initially postulated. ​ Figure 1 ​ Figure 2 Conclusion and Discussion Therefore, because there is a significant difference in exp rate, it might safe to conclude that a burning field has a large impact on training rate, especially if the burning field gives a large amount of bonus exp rate. ​ However, this experiment might not be that accurate due to certain human factors. For instance, the battle mage might be much more familiar with the most efficient training method in Brothers Area 2, as compared to Magic-tinged Sea 2 to 4, seeing as Brothers 2 can be accessed as early as Lv230, whereas MTS 2 through 4 can only be accessed from Lv235. As well, the runtime of 5 minutes for training might be too short, resulting in too small a sample size to make any viable conclusion. Therefore, to further improve the accuracy of the result of the experiment, and to prove its reproducibility, it is recommended that the experiment is done at least 2 more times and taking the average exp rate between all 3 setups. Here are a few ones that I might suggest: Golden Temple Dungeon - Weird gamelan & sitar passages with possibly out-of-tune singing Gollux Boss Battle - Repetitive, two chords, also used in Commerci. I lowkey hate this song, but it might just be because of the boss. Commerci Sailing - Idk why it doesn't do it for me, maybe I just heard it too much Showa: Bathroom - Flushing noises Changed my mind. It fits the map, and I don't hate it.
