False Ban over Lotus pre-quest

Hello Reddit! English isn't my first language so my friend is helping me type this out. I'm coming to you in hopes of finding some help over this mess I'm in.

On December 28 at around 11am Est, I was playing on my character TuTlaTouchai on Reboot working on Act 5 of the Black Heaven Blockbuster. As I entered a vent to continue the story, my game suddenly crashed. A box appeared on the screen saying "Game disconnected for suspicious behavior". So lately, there has been a lot of disconnects in maple over issues with the server so I laughed it off with my guild. But as I attempted to log back in, I realized that I had been banned. I knew right away this had to have been a false-ban. I don't hack or use illegal third party programs. The only program that I use in conjunction with Maple is Steam. I would never want to jeopardize an account that I have already spent 95k Nx on over the past month.

Thinking this would be easily resolved, I sent a ticket to Nexon over the situation. I apologize in advance for the spelling errors. I described the situation as best I could and this was their response.

They claim they detected programs to bypass their in-game security, but I do not any outside programs. I don't know what they use as a metric to check if someone is using an illegal third party programs, but I was in the middle of doing the Black Heaven pre-quest when this occurred. I remembered being at the part where I had to collect another 30 quest items and then kill the first security guard in Act 5. I don't understand how any of that would have triggered a false ban. TuTlaTouchai is a level 204 Beast Tamer and my other highest level character is 205.

Honestly this is really frustrating. I had come back to play the Awake patch and really take advantage of the Tera Burning but now I feel like giving up. My guild is asking me to make another account but I don't really want to after all the investment I had already put into this one. Should I send another ticket to Nexon or just pack my bags?

Heyo Maple Reddit! I'm RayxInori, a crab claw wielder (AB player).

I recently made an Angelic Buster discord server, and I'm inviting AB's from every server to join us! It doesn't matter if you main, side main, farm, just have interest or come from KMS everyone is welcomed. We have about 150 members, from normal servers, reboot, and even EU in just a week of launching!

This discord will primarily be for AB's to discuss the class, bossing tips, best farming maps, ask questions, compare gear and stats with each other, or just to have fun and have some other fellow AB's to communicate with!

We're planning to hold events or contests of all sorts regularly, there's currently a restricted Lotus challenge ongoing.

What determines the meso economy in regular server?

I remember a year ago in Scania when 1 billion mesos was an average of $3. Then it skyrocketed and is now sitting at around $15 per 1 billion.

It definitely makes sense that the value shot up because of the returning player base and banning of hackers/botters, but what determines the seemingly stable price of $15/billion after such a huge skyrocket? Did players simply say "nah im not buying that" when it exceeded $15, causing a soft ceiling at that amount? The rate grew exponentially and just seemed to abruptly stop at $15, where it's been for a while now.

Like this is literally unplayable most of the time from like 2pm to 11pm Pst.

Even when there are not many people according to the channel population, When im grinding in a decent map with a good regen(Kishin included)

It comes to a point when I use the skill, it makes the noise with damage, but it does not kill a single monster.

It just gets built up and up, then my screen freezes which I have to restart the computer.

It is getting insane and happening more often compared to yesterday or day before.

Anyone else experiencing the same problem???

the foot effects appear where my charas feet are instead of on the ground so it looks like feathers are coming out of my armpits. aesthetically its frustrating but i kind of love it
