    PSA: Things to remember about GLORY event

    1. KMS did not get many 2x coin events on sundays. I think we only got 2 for the whole event. KMS also did not get a discount after the last tier opened. It may be different for GMS. I think GMS Adventure had a sale for the last tier but plan accordingly.

    2. Like before, you can rank up on a mule since it's account wide. You can transfer the rank-up chest reward via storage. The glory rings from rank ups do NOT upgrade from one another so one character can wear 4 glory rings of different levels. You can also spread it to mules (untradeable after you open the voucher). The first 3 rings are 20stat/20att while the last ring is 40stat/25att (they can have pot). The shop also sells the Tenebris ring (40stat/25att).

    3. Near the end, there's a 10 day event where you do GLORY dailies and get bonus coins from chests for certain days. The first 6 days give set coins (300 a day IIRC) and the last 4 give RNG coins. The RNG boxes can give 200 up to 15k coins. I only got 800-1300 per day from those boxes. If you complete all 10, you get 2k bonus.

    4. Throughout the event, there's a weekly mission where you go to dimension portals. It's basically monster park battlegrounds and you can do 30 per week. 20 coins per mission, RNG chance of getting a 5x multiplier for 100 coins. I usually got 1-2 a week, one time I got 3. There was one week where I got no 5x bonus.

    5. There's a daily event that rewards you based on how much damage you can do similar to Adventure Prep. First is against a golem that sends you flying with knockback and area hazards that stuns you. The second (near the end of the event) is against a tank that drops mobs after it dies (much easier than the golem). It's 120 coins daily if you can clear, less depending on how many stages you can do. One sunny sunday event gives you x3 coins for the tank fight.

    (the coins mentioned above aren't part of daily limit)

    1. If you plan to do breakthrough event, it's a good chance to get a level 3 link skill (level 210) if you're not planning on burning a main. Keep in mind only certain classes have level 3 link skills (AB, Aran, DA, DS, Evan, Kaiser, Lumi, Merc, Phantom, BT but not sure if available). DA is a good choice since it has a good legion effect and a level 3 link.

    2. The breakthrough potion given as a level 205 reward gives you 1 level when used at 219 so the last level is a freebie.

    3. The bulk of the event is doing special daily missions for coins (ranging from easy to annoying). They also give different event skills that grant daily coins but some of them are on the slow side. One event skill was so slow they had to buff it mid-event to be below average (the one where you install a machine that makes explosions). Hopefully they use the buffed version.

    4. Daily coin capping averages to ~10 coins per minute with no kishin. Depending on the event skill, I could get 100 coins anywhere from 7-13 minutes while one shotting at torrent zone or DWT upper.

    5. The daily missions are around the same rate but slightly faster depending on your class or how well you do them (I'm not sure if kishin works on the mission maps). For example, one mission uses a cannon to destroy enemy machines but you can easily miss and take more time to complete. The river bombing has you throw bombs on enemy boats and you can miss as well or someone can steal your kill wasting your bomb. You can mistime your shield while escorting Edea adding ~4 more minutes to complete her mission.

    6. Nodestone and symbol boxes refresh weekly. There's a typhoon growth pot in the last tier (transferrable via storage). There are also pet attack scrolls in the coinshop (10 per world) for regular servers. They're a bit expensive (700 coins per scroll) but you can transfer the pet equip via cash shop so your mules can pay and scroll it. The serenroid has a permanent level 30 heart for those in reboot who doesn't have a perm heart yet (low level but it's something).

    Returning after a few years

    So I'm returning back to Maple after a few years and I wanted to know if Reboot is worth it or to go back to a normal server (I'm an NA player btw)? I've been planning on doing Hayato, Thunder Breaker, Dual Blade, and Demon Avenger from what I used to play when I was more active. The farthest I've leveled to was 140 or so and I'm not sure if the same level area is still good, or where to get later gear since I've used those burning equips when it was first introduced. So I would appreciate some feedback on what to do when coming back to maple in 2019.

    Hero/Bucc mobbing rotation videos?

    Hiya!

    I'm hoping anyone can find me some solid YT videos of either of these classes mostly to see what their rotations look like when on cool downs of LOTD/Buffed Enraged Blow. My search results are a little limited/unrealistic ranges to what I'd be able to replicate, though I suppose range doesn't matter as long as you're 1-hitting.

    I've been grinding both classes but 4th job is abysmal. And I've finally gotten to 200 on my Hero and 140 on my bucc, but due to low funding it takes a while to clear mobs.

    I'm gonna restart/Tera burn one for the cra gear, but I'm unsure which to commit to. I know it's a very specific question. Any advice would really help!

    I havent tried yet but I'm probably going to since its pretty much the only way to progress in reboot. I'm probably going to risk it and use the meso to tera burn a kanna for arcana since free cra will make funding her a whole lot easier without having to worry about Carries. Anyone experiment with it recently?

    Perm telerock and pendant slot

    Just started Maple!

    I didn't play maple when I was a kid, now I picked it up.

    I am currently lv140, class: blaster in Reboot.

    It was a really fun class to play with. animation cancels etc.

    Looking for guides or advices in term of gear progression and general advice in maple. Thanks.

    I have just installed the Nexus Launcher and Maplestory, but whenever I try to run the game I get this message and the game won't run. I can't find this specific code anywhere in the internet. I tried to reboot, but that didn't work. I haven't tried to reinstall the game just yet, because I feel that it's not going to help much.

    Clarification about the memo on bans

    I think theres some misunderstanding with the memo. As far as i know there were two things happening at once. there was an increase in Kanna Suicide bans , and there was another case of people getting randomly banned.

    These cases had people completely baffled on why they were banned. This makes me think that the recent bans part of the memo is directed at this and NOT the suicide kanna bans, or else it wouldnt make sense to stop banning people for it, but yet keep the other "false bans" in place.

    That isn't to say theres any autoban in place for suiciding .. ( i think , im still banned till nov 24 ) but its not like they 'turned off' bans for suicide now. if anything i think the only thing that changed really now is that youre shit out of luck if you do get banned due to the fast suicide detection. Worst case is GMs are cracking down on it manually or they made suicide autoban more tight ( as in its easier to trigger).

    If someone has a better interpretation of this please do explain.

    chu chu island leveling tips...?

    chu chu island seems to be the death of my leveling progress. i havent been able to get any character past 212, and im not sure if its because its just that much of a time sink or if im missing something. any advice?

    also, any tips on hungry muto solo? normal is untenable without a x2 drop coupon, but i dont know anyone i could do it with regularly...
