    Adele tips and tricks

    So I've been seeing some misconceptions and frustration on micro-managing on Adele and I have some tips for you guys. I'm from MSea and have created a new account and been playing Adele since launch, currently lvl 223 as of this post.

    Most of what I'll be talking about can be found in Aran59's ultimate guide video on Adele.Highly suggest you watch that video because it covers everything important like how to farm in long maps or tall maps etc. (I'm on mobile so I'm lazy to link it)

    So the first thing I want to talk about is the use of shard. In MSEA, nobody uses shard. Everyone turns on the buff and just let's the automatic shards do their thing. Stopping your combos and stuff to summon shards is pretty inefficient unless you are able to time it perfectly between your divides. Generally we don't use it during mobbing. The reason is that the range it has is not that big and divide can reach 1 platform below and above and would clear more mobs than the shard. So don't worry about using shard.

    Secondly, maintaining 6 swords. Before getting your hypers, the only way to maintain ether is to gather your already summoned swords and hope it hits some mobs. Not the most reliable way, but you just got to live with it for a bit. Tbh it's not that big of a deal since mobs at that level aren't in that big of a map and you can basically use divide to clear the map easily.

    However, once you get your hypers, the best way to maintain your ether is using resonance on ether crystals the spawn when you hit mobs or use impale to create crystals. (we will go into impale resonance combos later). What I normally do is create 1 set of swords, divide, 1 set of swords, divide, 1 set of swords then gather the swords and immediately press blossom. Do note that you can summon swords while in the divide animation. You can just spam press it till swords come out. Depending on your timing, the blossom may or may not fail but this will be made easier after the nerf that came in KMS I heard. (quick tip, you can see how many swords are summoned by looking at your buffs at the top right. As most people turn on transparency when playing Adele, you can't really see the swords that well. Just look to the top right instead of squinting your eyes trying to see if you already summoned the swords.)

    Doing this staggered sword summoning does a few things. You don't have to stand around while summoning swords and can travel the map and kill mobs. Also, since you staggered the sword summons, they disappear in a staggered timing, meaning they don't all disappear at once leaving you blue balled with nothing flying around. After that combo, i normally summon 1 more set of swords which causes the first set of swords to despawn and essentially refreshing the duration.

    You can start to do this combo whenever you see the gathering cooldown being ready. Also impt thing to get is the blossom cooldown reduction, really impt hyper to get.

    Okay moving on to the third thing. Impale resonance combos. So impale may seem lackluster, but its one of your most important mobbing skills because it let's you travel the map super easily. When you impale upwards and summon a crystal, even if the crystal isn't on the platform above you, as long as it's close enough, when you use resonance, you will go up to that platform. You can even extend this teach by jumping while using impale upwards. The crystal will be out of your screen, but if you vertical flash jump with resonance, you will fly to that crystal.

    Another thing to note about crystals and resonance. Even if you are falling off a platform, you can use resonance to jump to crystals as long as you are within range. (so you don't fall of the platform for example).

    A higher level combo with impale and resonance would be to use thread after using resonance to a higher platform. Thread is often not used by less experienced players, but is a huge damage boost since it can trigger creation. So what it looks like is jump and impale up, jump and resonance, when you hit the crystal you thread and use divide. Super good damage and you usually clear the platform. This can lead you into the next combo.

    Dropping and using thread. When you clear the platform using the aforementioned combo, you can drop down to clear the other platform. But you can increase your clearing speed by using thread on your way down to instantly reach the bottom and also to deal damage on impact.

    Final tip on divide. The attack can hit 3 platforms on maps like kerning tower. Just stand in the middle, drop territory somewhere and jump around the middle. You don't have to go to the lower platforms ever. On higher level maps like slurp depths in chew chew, you can clear the whole map by standing on in the middle on the 1st and 3rd platform or the 2nd of 4th platform.

    I was falsely banned 9 days ago and I haven't had a response from support in 4 days

    There is no Live Chat at the minute, I was banned 9 days ago. I was dismissed twice and told I was banned for using a third party program.

    I was advised to ask for a Senior GM because of the false ban wave so I opened a new ticket and asked. I received a response asking me for my personal info (Nx purchases, Characters etc.) before we could move on to the next steps.

    I provided these around 4 days ago and have since posted a follow up for the request twice and have had no responses. Does anyone have any idea what's going on with support?

    It's bad enough getting banned, losing 9 days of game time, missing Adeles launch that i'd prepped for and practically the whole of the RISE event but now it looks like at a MINIMUM it'll take another 72 hours to get a response after the weekend.

    Does anyone have any advice on what to do next?

    Seriously. H-Muto gives 5 symbols per 3m run. VJ gives 2 ?? It just feels so pointless and unrewarding. My ChuChu symbol is lv 12 while my VJ symbols is level 10, even after pouring all my symbol selectrs into it.

    I wish they revamped it or something to either give more symbols, or remove the timer for the mob-clearing one and change it to just killing "x" monsters instead.

    Any tips for an NLucid solo for a Kaiser? Specifically, golem management in p1?

    Title.

    I have the damage to solo her, but golems in p1 are suuuuch a pain in the ass. I usually can do 1 bar in less than a minute, but at 25 min mark I just get gangbanged by them. I can't use iframe vs them, I need to save it for bomb or for dragon, so I'm left with no choice. Are there any secret tips/tricks verse p1, that isn't just more damage to burst her down faster? I know if you stand very far left, she doesn't use any skills, but thats about it. I solo'd Elucid super easy, but Nlucid golems are just so tanky Idk what to do.

    I seen some people solo'ing her by spawning out all the possible amount of golems, but thats not possible because Kaiser has so much AoE lines in his kit, by default some golems would die out, so thats not an option.

    Advice Needed for Shadower's Mobbing

    Hi guys, I recently just changed my job from my lv210 DB to Shadower (so attracted by Shaodower's playstyles and their skills animation). Saw some people saying Shadower's are overall better mobbers in the thief class, but with their mobbing skills somewhat different from DB, I have yet found an optimize combo for mobbing.

    Would like to get advice from fellow experienced Shads here on how should I optimize my mobbing. The skills (used for mobbing) I am currently aware of are Boomerang Stab (macro with Flip of the Coin), Sudden Raid, Meso Explosion, Shadow Veil, Shadow Assault, and Eviscerate. What is the optimize combo that you guys like to use? How do you guys handle the map movements?

    Also, are there any recommended maps for Shadowers to train at after lv210? Are we more suitable for a smaller map than a huge map for the max efficiency?

    How are powerlevelers oneshotting mobs all the way to 200? (Reboot)

    Hi i've been watching people level Adele on Reboot and its insane to me that they are onshotting mobs all the way to lvl 200 and getting there in like 5 hours. Can anyone explain this to me? it takes me like 5 attacks to kill a mob since they're stronger on reboot and consequently it takes probably 5 times longer for me to get to 200.

    Can anyone explain this to me?

    Phantom Mobbing

    So I've been playing phantom for a while now, and was wondering if putting nodes into Blason would make it a viable mobbing skill. Also if anyone has any other suggestions to improve phantom's mobbing I'd appreciate any skill combos you guys got!

    Now that Adele's here what's the best setup?

    From what I could google best Tri cores are in any combination: Reign of Chaos, Cleave, Aether Forge, Magic Dispatch, Hunting Decree and Aether Bloom.

    As for inner Ability the recommendation is split between 20% ignore CD or 20% Boss and second line 20% crit.

    I'm leaning towards 20% ignore CD since Dispatch, Reign, Noble summons, and Aether bloom all benefit from it.

    1+ AS doesn't seem necessary since her main weapon has innate (4) and her speed boost alone already makes her hit soft cap and with decent speed and green pot you can easily hit hard cap.

    Post rise hard lucid hp nerf, what is the requirement for hard lucid and hard will?

    Do ppl still do dummy test?

    If my 40s BA test on low def dummy is 3.5T, 1.7T on high def dummy, am i eligible for hard lucid and hard will?

    Not sure if this help, nobless skill pushed me to 4.3T on low def dummy.

    Is there still any relevant 40s DPS benchmark? Since hard lucid had elemental resistance now.

    Worth coming back if I have to start new?

    I haven't played for a while now, and am thinking of starting new on reboot. I don't have any existing characters but the new class looked pretty fun. Are there any large issues with the game at the moment if I'm thinking of playing on reboot? Also what's the population like now?

    Edit: for context my old account had been hacked back in 2017/2018 and I recovered it, but when I logged in it was banned. I sent a ticket but I'm not very hopeful so I'm thinking of cutting my losses and just making a new account

    New Player needs HELP! Dailies and weeklies!

    Hey everyone I am new to maple story, I currently have a lvl 200 Kanna on the north's American reboot server.

    My question is, what dailies and weeklies should I be doing?

    I see that a lot of people have a routine when they hop on MapleStory for the day and I am looking into find one for myself, tasks to accomplish before I start training and Meso farming.
