    I just cleared BM first time with my team today, but when I unequip everything and challenge Von Leon, this pops out.

    This is the old mount saddle that the slot has been deleted and I cannot take it off. In other words, it has been hidden from the equipment UI. I don't even have Rex's Hyena in my mount skills now. It was just a very old mount before all mounts changed from equips to skills. In this case, I cannot finish the very first quest for unsealing genesis weapon.

    I have submitted a ticket to GM but their reply is just asking me to be patient and wait for their solution. You know if they cannot get it done this month, it will affect my progress in unsealing genesis. I'm here asking if anyone knows any trick or quest that can automatically remove all ur equips, or if anyone has faced this problem or knows any other in this situation. Thanks in advance.

    [Reboot] Anybody's "burning character lost burning" glitch fixed with new update?

    Some people seem to have gotten this problem fixed? My character did not receive its burning back, but I'm wondering if it is because I leveled them. I wish they'd just come out and say - sorry burnings gone so I can just level the character without fomo

    Why cant UI transparency be toggled?

    I am not sure if its helpful to anyone but to me it has always been really annoying. I feel that a nice QOL change would be to add a toggle feature. Anyone else agree?

    Help on Downloading the Game

    I'm from Malaysia, how to download game? If steam, it doesn't show up. If Nexon it restricted me on downloading the game because of Malaysia. I heard there's Maplestory SEA but is it the same thing? I've tried a lot of times but still can't download. Please help.

    Mega Burnitator Characters

    Everyone is having problems with burning world, but my burning character in Bera also lost the burning effect. The Mega Burnitator I used was the one obtained from the current event upon reaching rank B.

    Is anyone else having this issue?

    Anyone else finding the rates in the no boom event map really garbage? I just spent 1.8b getting my shoes to 15 stars and my cape is at 500m at 12 stars. I have failed 5-15, 10 star enhancements in a row. Different characters different days, all same thing. My main is full 17 stars and I have never sunk this much meso even off event.

    PSA: Combining Symbols

    For those who chose unending night and have an inventory filled with symbols and don't have the meso to upgrade, you can;

    1. Unequip your current symbol
    2. Equip a lvl 1 symbol
    3. Level it up to 11/12
    4. Repeat steps 2 and 3
    5. Combine both of those to get one symbol that is 22/12!

    Is Solo/Small group play a viable option these days?

    So I'm a somewhat recently returning player coming from the Chaos/Renegades era playing on Reboot with a couple of friends, and after making it to 200 on a couple of characters so far I'm curious about the viability of playing in groups of 1-3 players against bosses these days or if they're still designed with raids of 12+ players in mind. Early bosses provide no real difficulty at all, but it feels like there's almost no in-between for things like Normal Horntail/Pink Bean to the Hard/Chaos bosses that seem almost illegally strong for their designated levels in comparison. I remember some of them like Cygnus being that difficult originally but it just kind of baffles me with how it feels like the game has this massive difficulty jump between Easy/Normal and Hard.

    Is there something I'm missing or is this the kind of thing I won't be able to do without being like lv 250 with Legendary 3L potentials on every single equip? I don't like the idea of being gatelocked out of stuff like CRA/AbsoLab equipment without having people to carry me through them. At just over level 200 my main's equipment is mostly Epic 6%+ (mix of AbsoLab/CRA event handouts and boss accessories) and I have ideal level 2 link skills and a pretty decent Legion, but it feels like that's just not good enough even as entry into the higher level stuff, and it's kind of hurting my motivation to continue developing characters feeling like I can't really do anything worthwhile on them ultimately.

    I don't know if I'm simply approaching this wrong or something, but any help or advice is much appreciated.

    EDIT: I happened to take a screenshot of my Night Lord's stats after reaching 5th job the other day, in case this helps give an idea of what I'm working with.

    Resetting Celestial Skills

    Resetting celestial skills after claiming boss reset tickets and putting an SP back into the skill will NOT give you another set of tickets. Just tested it, in case anyone was wondering.
