This is a story known to all Explorers of Maplestory because we all hate it: The Emblem Story. But no, this is my story… Of how much I hate Sugar. Oh, and the dramatics are my own addition. We'll skip the rigmarole of story, and go straight to when our characters all collectively decide to doom the entire world, cause ya know… What else is there to do on a Friday night? Your character is just like, "Lulz woops. I messed that up, hopefully Mary Sue Athena Pierce can fix it~" Athena Pierce is like, "LOL! Go sleep ya sleepy head. Nothing to worry about ;D" Then you hear the true evil of Maplestory, Sugar, call out your name. "Omg omg omg it's like so totally bad. Come baaaaaaaaaaaack." Okay fine, bitch. It's not like I was grinding or anything… Then you try to teleport to Maple Island and they're like, "Lol no bitch". Coooooooooooool. So ya go to Olaf and all is well. And then you step out the portal and there is hell. So much for that. The world is on fire! You see Bippity Bob, Someone Boring, The Dark Magician (Half expecting Yami yugi to just pop outta nowhere), and Lucky Gal. But they're whatever. We then proceed to walk through a million maps, as though warping isn't a thing quests already do anyways…. But we meet the witch, Sugar. She's just like, "OMG OMG OMG HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE." Like bitch, get off your high horse and help me carry water, instead of just watching a tree burn. We have to do it twice, so CLEARLY, IT'S NOT LIKE HER HELP WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN USEFUL OR ANYTHING. /s No, instead you're treated with, "Oh, did you pat out the fire with your hands? Oh noooooo, POOR SUGAR". Like bitch what. WHO. THE. HELL. TAUGHT. HER. TO. PUT. OUT. FIRES. WITH. HER. HANDS. Okay, so like all your friends come back, and they're like, "Man, sugar called me back too!" Blah blah blah black mage blah blah blah seal stone blah tools blah blah. Anywho, you get all the crap back to the island. Then the black mage's shadow strikes and your character is just like "Noooooo uwu I can't fight against such a powerful being uwuwuwuwuwuwuwu" and then the power of friendship saves the day cause… Ya know, when doesn't it, and the Maple Goddess appeared, cause… Reasons. And this is the part that really grinds my gears. The Goddess is all like, "Ya know, You saved the world! My other half, SUGAR, was watching on my behalf." This is where I can't even. SO MISS GODDESS. What you're telling ME is that SUGAR, that little fiend over there, was just WATCHING your body burn instead of, you know… HELPING ME GET WATER TO PUT YOU OUT? Ya know, instead of being like, "Omggggggg everyone come baaaaack the world is in so much trouble ;( ;( ;( Omgggg help me put out the fire to protect the island everyoneeeeeeeee." But ya know what is the worst part? It's all selfish. She calls everyone back to help the tree, sure. But the tree = Goddess => EQUALS SUGAR. THIS WAS ALL FOR HER OWN SELF-PRESERVATION. She can't even put in effort into saving herself, so she basically drags everyone into an incredibly dangerous situation, just to help her. Power of friendship my ass, bitch just used us all. SMH. I love seeing solo profession posts on here but lately the past 4/5 solo progression posts are for dual blades (which I get they are insane bossers). Can we get some solo progressions posts that aren't dual blades ?? | Some questions about Kanna farmers Posted: 13 Sep 2020 12:56 AM PDT Hey, so I'm making a Kanna farmer on reboot to fund my main but I'm not entirely sure where my stopping point should be as I'm reading different things from a number of posts. I've heard that Arcana gives the best rates but is also less accessible than Lach (80% of the rate of Arcana). Meaning I would have to gear up better (needing to grind to higher levels and to about 18k stats?) which I believe would take a long time as I would also need to go for superior gollux and absolab, requiring carries as well. Is the trade off worth it or is it possible to go into Arcana with a 'budget' build that doesn't require carries for the gears? Is the trade off worth it? I genuinely don't mind a lower rate since Arcana maps seem pretty full from what I've seen. [link] [comments] | ||

I have been Extracting them to buy boosters but I'm starting to wonder if that is the best thing for me to do. From how I see it, you have two options:
I am someone who already has 3 30% boss and 3 30% IED familiars. So really I'm wondering if it would be better to go for unique cards or to use boosters to have a chance to finish the BIS badges cheaply (I play in regular server). Right now I just need King Sage Cat, Alishar and Retz. Can Alishar even be obtained from familiar booster packs in the shop? [link] [comments] | ||
